Occupancy rates shown are for occupancy by one or two guests and includes breakfast. An additional person in the room is $25.00

The Inn is an indoor smoke-free environment.

Holidays:

Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day, the rates may vary. A minimum stay may be required.

 

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In time is 2 pm. Check-Out time is 11am. Special arrangements may be made for early arrivals and late departures.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies:

We require a deposit to secure a reservation equal to one night's room. The balance is due upon check-in. Due to the small number of rooms we have, cancellations and shortened stays affect us greatly. Reservations canceled 30 or more days before arrival, will be refunded the deposit less a $20 bookkeeping fee per room reserved. Reservations shortened or canceled 30 days or less will be responsible for the first night and any additional night if we are unable to re-book the room. No refunds for early departures.
